PLEASE HELP ME!! need sickness!?!

Question: Okay please DO NOT ask me why i want this ORR do NOT tell me its stupid/weird::

i need to get sick. Is there anyway to cause the body to get a fever? [I DONT MEAN THERMOMETER TRICKS] i mean an actual fever, if not, please give me ways in which to make the body really hot.

dont think its to get out of school, because im not in school at the moment. Thank you,

there is absolutely no way you can intentionally do this especially in the rush you seem to be in. your body would however get hot if on fire, trapped in a sauna, boiled, the list goes on.
