Is it bad to ignore cramps?!
Question: any time i work out i get cramps in my feet. i have been told. although i cant say this in an advisory capacity its basically becasue im not that fit! if they are in you side then they may be cos you are also unfit and are winded. ultimately listen to you body if it aint happy your doing too much or something is wrong . get it checked out then happy geting fit!!! if your a woman and its in you gut then the worst thing u cld do is just think its part of life get it checked out. feel better.

Are you very fit? maybe you are pushing yourself a little too hard. If you have only just started. Stopping and starting i have found - also caused cramps when running and exercising. If you are getting cramps in general, and nothing with what you are doing in particular. See your doctor.

nd i dnt think its good to drink a lot of water b4 running cuz u get cramps sumtimes cuz u drink water nd then u run.
use a heat pad or watevr...
