If you mix ketchup mayonnaise together, do they really make you puke?!

No, you will not puke. When I make my homemade 1,000 Island dressing, I mix together, ketchup & mayo. I taste it many times, making sure I have the right amount. I have never gotten sick. I add choped up hard boiled eggs to the mayo/ketchup mixture, mix well, then pour into a Rubbermaid container & refrigerate.
No, my friends eat this mixture all the time, with their french fries. It kind of tastes like Thousand Islands dressing.

I love that stuff, it is how the french eat their french fries, or even with ranch sause and BK fries mmmmmmmm.

well, that makes a poor man's version of thousand island dressing - without the rest of the ingredients.
also to be found on many burgers - including Whoppers, and some of what makes up Big Mac sauce.
these people are mistaken.
i try to never eat a cheeseburger without ketchup and mayo, and i have never gotten sick.
