How to get a big butt and what results did you see ?!

For me, it was eating cupcakes and fried chicken. I think a lot of the women mentioned above also have nature and genetics on their side, in addition to a strict fitness routine. As for exercise, I think those kickbacks sound like they would be most effective. Try kneeling on all fours and pushing your foot towards the ceiling, or point your toes and stretch out your leg parallel to the ground and do quick mini-lifts. Basically anything that works your gluteus maximus/minimus. I heard Jessica Simpson had to do some kind of butt workout for Dukes of Hazzard; try looking up the routine that she did.

if u can go to a gym, work out on the eliptical or the stair stepper. put it at a harder level, u dont want too easy for u to do but u dont want to injure urself. FEEL THE BURN!!! lol good luck.
hey i used to be the typical skinny no butt no muscle guy a few years ago.. but now everybody is just as amazed as i am coz of the results i got from weight training
i don't know how your body is but this should do:
squats, lunges, hack squats, legs curls and extensions.. any leg excersice you want actually.. but do them properly.. i mean intensity is the key.
But what intensity am i talking 'bout?
i mean the kinda intensity that shouldn't let u do more than 11 reps and no less than 8 reps.. that is each set you should get around 8 to 11 or 12 reps.. it should really feel like a muscle burn!
So how many sets? at least 12 sets total and no more than 15 will do the work.
This formula works for whatever muscle group actually, not only for you "butt" or legs.
