if it was nothing obvious it may have been something they didn't know about themselves.. a friend of mine died 3 days after finding out they had a brain tumour, they only clue they had was a little memory loss. If you don't already know the cause you'll find out after the enquiry, they have to write something on the death certificate. My condolences for the loss of your friend or loved one.

COULD HAVE BEEN ANYTHING. THEY COULD HAVE BEEN BORN WITH SOMTHING THAT WENT UNDETECTED FOR MANY YEARS ONLY TO BE TRIGGERED BY SOMETHING. SOMETIME SEEMINGLY HEALTHY PEOPLE ARE NOT REALLY HEALTHY. SORRY FOR YOU LOSS
