Problem with arch of my feet?!

Question: For a few years now I have had pain in the arch of my foot. Not really when I am walking but whenever some pressure is put on it. Like when I am getting a foot massage I tell the person not to even go near the arch! lol.

I dont know, just wondering what it could be.

You should probably buy some quality arch supports. I have high arches, and I HAVE to get these. They make a lot of difference in how your feet feel. You can go to "The good feet store" and they can measure and create custom supports for you.
