Has anyone ever experienced this?!
Question: I get this awful sound/feeling in my ears (both ears), it feels like I have been listening to really loud music but I haven't. The best way I can describe it is when you yawn you usually lose the hearing in your ears slightly.
I get this usually first thing in the morning for a few minutes, after I have been in the car. I've had it for quite a while now (about a year) and its really making me unhappy. I'm going to the Doc's next week I just wondered if any of you had had this before and knows what it is.

Could be a condition called Tinitus... a ringing or hissing in the ears. I have had it for years. Best help I have found is taking Ginko Biloba herbal capsules each day, which increases blood flow to the head, thereby lessening the noise.
could just be a build up of wax
This sounds like it might be something called tinnitus (dont know if i've spelt it right!) thats something to do with hearing noises, usually ringing in the ears-but not always a ringing sound-perhaps you should google it?
Look up TMJ.
I grit my teeth at night and it affects your hearing.
Possible while you drive you clench your jaw. Same thing.
first you gotta check your blood pressure...if it's normal..maybe you have whats called"meniere's "disease....a disease of the middle ear..i think you better go visit ENTist first...wish you best luck.
