Sugar and caffeine should only be used for short term, when you are studying or something. If your body crashes you could sleep for a whole day, It is one way the body deals with lack of sleep, knocks you out so it can recover.
Proper meals and a long sleep, will help more in the long haul
get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. Take power naps if your feeling extra tired after school.
If you have that much school work you are on overload and it is unhealthy.
