sounds like a virus and drink lots of water cos it washes it out,. if you never got sick you would not be human, take care God bless

your eating too much or something that dosnt agree with you

yes i think you are eating some thing not so good for you

This could be due to stress, this can start in many dirreant ways.anxiety can cause this .
does this happen before your periods,if so then you should go see your gp,nothing to worry about.
But our bodies have a weird way of dealing with every day trials and tribulations.Have you tried also going to a herbalist shop, these people can be very helpful aswell.
good luck.

pregnant??

Sounds like gall stones, even though you eat healthy this could be your problem. Go see a doc and ask for a abdominal ultrasound, they should order this test anyway.

A few people in my family have had there gall bladder removed as well as gall stones, and same thing happened to them. Every so often they will get a weird stomach pain, which can be brought on by eating foods that set the gall stones on fire.

My mother believes if you don't get sick you have no soul, as least you have a soul.

You might be sufffeing from IBS. I have this condition, so I 'm quite familiar with these spasms. I have to watch my diet carefully. If I eat a lot of green and leafy veggies; I have the cramps and the runs. ,Why don't you keep a journal and track what you eat?. This way you can avoid the trigger or offending culprit. Another cause might be dysmenorrhea or painful menses or premenstrual cramps. Another cause might be adhesions. Another might be Crohn's Disease( pains on the right side) or ulcerative colitis( pains on the left side) or probably constipation.

GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!
