In advance I am basing my answer on the assumption you are not 0.7 inches tall and meant 172 centimeters or 1.72 meters which for Americans like myself is 5'7" to 5'8".
If you are in that range you may be short or average depending on your race and whether your growth plates have fused. If you are white or African American you are 2-3 inches below average but will not be considered tiny. If you are Hispanic or Asian than that is just about right. 5'7" may be shorter then most men you will meet but you will by no means be the only guy around your height.
172 cm or 1.72 m is a very normal height. Tha average adult male is around 1.75 m and you are well within the normal range.
