Is there a way that I can induce anorexia in myself?!

If you want to loose weight not eating will kill you after two weeks ( well it took two weeks for 2 young girls anyway)
and before it kills you gain wight.
You must : Eat less calories that you are burning off
Eat less fat and more carbs
( you wont be as hungry because carbs fill you up and give slow energy release to stop you from being hungry )
Eat fruit and veg frequently because they are good for you and they will keep your metabolism going.
If you suddenly eat less your body will hand on to the fat - dont do it !
If i did not know you had breathing problems i would advise you to jog in the mornings so maybe instead you might want to try a nice walk ?
Also - FAD DIETS DONT WORK
Eat a healthy balanced diet with exersice and you'll be fine!

you really dont want to do this the side affects and lasting damage u will have wont be worth while. but u can do anything u want to do if u put your mind to it

Yes. But Anorexia is sort of extreme isn't it? Plus Anorexics usually give themselves heart problems and end up dying.

It's a mental condition, but I suppose if you wanted to become anorexic you could do so. When you start, though, call 911. You'd might as well, it'll kill you eventually.

One question for you: WHY?

Anorexia is living hell, as are bulimia and EDNOS. Eating disorders are mental illnesses, based in pain and self-loathing. If you hate yourself, then yes....you can torture yourself in many ways with enough self-hatred.

But, please think about this before you delve too far into this obsession. Life is more than food, weight, hunger, and self control is much more complicated than keeping food out of your mouth.

Why would you want to do that?

- your periods stop
- you get cramps all the time even though your period doesnt come any more
- you get bruised hips and joints
- more risk of cancer
- more risk of liver damage, stomach problemss
- very cold even when its boiling hot outside
- your hair falls out in clumps, you may even get a few bald patches
- your skin goes olive-coloured and your teeth go yellow
- bad breath
- chest pains which may eventually lead to a heart attack
- you can break a bone REALLY easily due to lack of calcium
- you will have to wear incontienence pads (what old women wear when they can't get to the toilet in time)
- you will faint alot from not eating

- I could go on but i'm sure you understand now why you should NOT do this to yourself.

try to look at the body of models 24/7
but i doubt even that will work
