Over a time, it can make you insane, this is one of the tactics of interrogation. Loud noises can burst your eardrums, but it won't kill you unless it's a noise louder than anything humanity can create and the vibrations are enough to destroy matter.
No you wouldn't die because of too much noise. But if you continue to remain in the place that is full of noise, you're eardrums would burst & then you'd start to bleed, but you wouldn't bleed to death & to tell you the truth, it would be very sensible not to stay in a room in the first place that is too loud, unless you're forced to . But even then, you wouldn't die or bleed to death.

it just all depends on how loud it is. but to kill you no!! maybe a migraine. you can bust your ear drums but it takes alot to do so.
