How many carbs or days does it take to get knocked out of Ketosis?!

Each person is different. When I was on a cyclical ketonic diet I could have carbs for about 30 hours once a week and stay in ketosis but everyone is different. You do have keto-sticks right? Really does not matter what you already ate, or how many grams of carbs you had because there is nothing you can do about it. Just get re-focused and go from there.....

The moment you eat something with carbs it takes you out of ketosis. Once your body burns those carbs you will be back in ketosis.

There is not a set number of carbs that will knock you out. Each body is different.

For women, it has been found that a 1200 calorie diet is the lowest amount of calories that should be eaten to maintain a good figure and keep bone density, and minerals for health....

But, there are many personal factors which can influence your metabolism and caloric requirements. I would suggest paying for one session with a nutritionist. She/he would be able to give you great information on weight loss specifically for you.
