How to rid the body of toxins
Drink Water
Eat fruit
Add Fiber
All those are known this I know
you may have allergies or intolerances to foods that your not aware of that is causing you to clam up.

Internal Stress can cause you to be held up as well. You can as well suffer from the wrong of time of day that you want to eliminate and just Cant ...due to your not at home. Your body screams yes and you say NO. So it builds within the body and gets Stuck.

What you can add even minium - is caffiene. Tea or Coffee it is a natural stimulant to the bowel.
I know another trick is Orange Juice. Pure Orange Juice . Unsweetened.

Are you lactose intolerant ? Allergic to Milk? do you know if you have issues within what you eat/drink?
This needs attention ..You should talk to your parents or someone you trust. Your body is not working properly.
Please tell someone, so this does not continue. You dont have to suffer.
Hugs

You might want to try and mix some epsom salt in a glass of water and drink the mixture. It takes usually about 30 minutes to kick in and you might want to have a glass of orange juice or something strong to take the taste out of your mouth. Its not good for every day, but make sure you drink lots of water because you'll lose a lot drinking the epsom salt.

Follow the directions on the bag on how to mix it but typically its about 2 tbsp to every 6oz. Make sure you have enough time in your day to dedicate to the bathroom. I hope this helps, it helps a friend of mine with similar issues.

have you tried Miralax? its now over the counter, and its very effective for constipation. Its a tasteless powder that you mix in 8 oz of juice or water, or even in pudding or some other kind of food....It helps you move your bowels without the cramping that often comes with other meds.
Also, have you tried increasing ur fiber in your diet? They now have benefiber, which is great. I use the powder daily and mix it in my cereal. It doesn't have a taste, its not gritty, and i havent really had problems since.

Ok ! try to add fibre in your diet e-g oranges, apples ,dried figs,guavas...eat as many as you can ,fruits are also good for your skin. Also try to make a habit of drinking a ``warm glass o milk`` before you hit the sack .You should drink 7-8 glasses of water /day to soften up your stools. I would also recommend you to make an appointment with your GP to rule out any possible medical causes for constipation.
Constipation is not a disease or condition itself .It could just be a symptom of one.If not treated at an appropraite time ,could lead to anal fissures ( tears in back passage). But try to follow a good diet and hopefully that should work for you.
Good Luck !

Try this stuff called Bio K+. It is fermented milk (kind of like yogurt) and contains 50 billion probiotics in every serving (yogurt contains a mere 45 thousand). This will help to regulate your digestive system.
You can buy it in Whole Foods or other organic grocery stores and it is usually found near the yogurt. I recommend the kids formula (tastes WAY better) and the serving is 1/2 of the cup once a day.
Good luck!!!

"Colon cleansing is an ancient time-honored health practice for rejuvenating the system, used in Egypt over 4,000 years ago. Later, Hippocrates taught these procedures in his health care system. The large intestine, or colon, is healed, rebuilt, and finally restored to its natural size, normal shape, and correct function."1*
Essentially, colon cleansing rids the body of built up waste and toxins that accumulate over time. "This toxic waste material has often been attached to the bowel walls for many, many years. It is laden with millions of bacterium, which set up the perfect environment for disease to take route and entrench itself in the system, wreaking havoc. As this body pollution is eliminated, many conditions-from severe skin disorders to breathing difficulties, depression, chronic fatigue, nervousness, severe constipation, and arthritis-are reduced in severity, providing great relief, especially when augmented with dietary changes."2*
Overwhelming, stress and irritability issues are also linked to an unhealthy colon. "Sometimes people are very irritable when their bowels are backed up. They are often depressed, and sometimes nasty." Once the colon cleansing is complete, you will "see a smile and a bounce in their step. It's a different person all

I know corn bran helps helps me with constipation. I will eat corn muffins or Kix cereal which is a whole grain corn cereal.

Supplement yourself with water and fruit juices. Keeping you well hydrated is a great way to treat constipation and have them back to normal. Dairy is important for a child's growth and development, but too much of a good thing is hard on their digestive systems, eat fruits and vegetables as much as possible especially when constipation is a problem. Try adding applesauce or raisins to your favorite bran muffin recipe, oatmeal can be made more appealing too. Add some peanut butter to the mixture along with brown sugar and cinnamon.

Consider using New Colon Sweep as a safe alternative. In treating constipation, natural methods are often the safest and most effective.
