I am having trouble STAYING asleep at night?!

You can try taking melatonin... I use this OTC stuff called "Midnite" that I get at Walgreens- it has melatonin, lemon balm, stuff like that, and you can take it "even in the middle of the night to help you get back to sleep fast, anytime, and wake alert!". It is chewable, so "no need for water" in the middle of the night, which I guess is a really big plus or something. hehe
sometimes it works. FYI, I take 2 at a time.

you should workout or excersice during the day it will help you fall asleep and stay asleep

Hmm, that's weird. Are you having any bad dreams or anything? Do you consume any caffeine during the day? If not for both questions, maybe you should go to a sleep clinic and check to see if you have Sleep Apnea. I hope not, but Sleep Apnea is a scary thing! Good luck & I hope you get some Z's!

i dont sleep well myself.i usually get 4 hours at a time but that is really all your body needs.try relaxing first start at the top of your head and kinda tense it up then let it relax do this all the way down to your toes doing every body part usually if you do this you should be asleep before you get to myour toes remember tense it or tighten it up then relax it and leave it relaxed clear your mind akso it helps me hope it helps you.
