i was the same this morning... you gotta puke then eat something greasy like a burger. sleep, take Tylenol and drink plenty of water. if you eat right after puking you will not get sick again and start to feel better, water is key for re-hydration. good luck, i know how ya feel.

dont know lets drink til we find out

bc of dehydration

damn its that stuff inside the beer i forogt what its called. Some type of gas.

sleep it off, thank god i dont get em at all!!!

because alcohol dehydrates your body. remember how often you pee when you're drinking? it helps alot to make sure you drink alot of water before bed after a night of drinking.

You need to hydrate yourself -- alcohol (which I partake in myself) will dehydrate you and that is the main cause of the hangover.

cause you drink too much!!!!!!!!!!!

Overindulging.

Because alcohol is a poison to your system. A non-lethal poison (in moderation) but a poison nonetheless. It's your body purging itself of something that doesn't belong in it. Not that I advocate tea-totaling. Just stating a fact.

it is from being dehydrated... gatorade works... or drink a ton of water before you go to bed... if you were to ask my friend chicken and stars soup and gatorade is the cure to any hangover... and it works.

Drinking too much my dear, tomato juice and volka., that will take care of your head.

After you go out drinking try to drink some water at least one glass to rehydrate yourself take a couple of ibuprophen and eat a piece of bread or anything for that matter (try to soke up some alcohol). It always works for me. I go to Jack in the box and get a chicken sandwich try to eat it drink water and take my meds. In the morning headache free, sometimes my stomache is still quesy but it goes away. It has been awhile since I have had to do that. Memories.....:(

RE_HYDRATE! Alchohol and much what you chase it with dehydrates you terribly fast! Drink water and real fruit juice and try to forget the stupid crap you said the night before. Don't take asprin or tylenol because it will work with the the alchohol in your blood to kill your liver! Don't drink coffee or coke because it has caffienne and will dehydrate you further! If you are severely sick try a shot of brandy and or whatever and flush it with plenty of water. I know from many years of practice!

Why sometimes people get hangovers and sometimes they don't is still considered a mystery. But it probably has to do with alcohol dehydrating you, leaving behind waste byproducts in your tissues, and depleting your body of certain nutrients. My super-secret sure-fire cure for *any* hangover is to cook some sauerkraut with eggs, eat that, then drink lots of gatorade. The sauerkraut instantly soothes your stomach, stops the nausea, and relieves your headache and provides you a ton of vitamin C to neutralize the crap in your system, the eggs contain cysteine which helps your liver process and expel the alcohol byproducts, and gatorade contains water to rehydrate you and contains electrolytes which help your body retain it better. Try it - a lot of people tell me they hate sauerkraut, but you'll be amazed how well it works.

Damn I forgot but some gas in beer/alcohol makes you dehydrated by making you pee. So before you go to sleep drink lots of water! Also gets lots of sleep!!!
