Is sun light good or bad for scars?!

sunlight is definitly bad for scars not only does it make them darker but constant exposure has been shown to cause skin cancer in scars so use sunblock
i have a scar on my knee that will sun burn badly!!
i dont know - but i thought scars are there permanently so it wouldnt make much of a difference - im not sure tho
If you are in the sun your scar will need suncream as it will burn very quickly but some sun is OK.Try and use moisturiser on your scar to soften especially after showering
