What do you do when you feel really crappy?!
Question: i've been really depressed and stressed out these days for no apparant reason. what's something i can do to make myself feel better (besides exercising and eating ice cream)?

I have days like these alot and i just call my mom or my sister and talk to them about how i feel , That sometimes help or i watch a really funny movie to help me to relax and laugh a little....Everythings gonna be fine you just take it slow ...I hope i helped and Good Luck :)
I take long hot showers and long long naps!
Whenever I feel crappy, I usually work out, watch Tv, talk to some friends, or listen to music. In my case, Tupac. Also, I find that relaxing and smoking a cig can sometimes calm me down and help me not think about depressing/irritating things. Good luck.
