Many factors can cause an increase of stuttering, and stress is one of them. Being tired will do it, too. Get help for stuttering at www.stutteringhelp.org; meet other people who stutter at http://groups.myspace.com/stutteringfoun... and read this blog http://notesonstuttering.blogspot.com/. The book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" is what my family found most helpful.
