Help with insomnia..?!
Question: i'm 21 and in my 4th year in college.. i've had trouble sleeping since i was a kid (7years old) but it was tolerable until my first few years in college.. during this past few months though, i think it's getting worse.. but now it's gotten worst than ever..
jan 5 - i slept from 7am to 5pm
jan 6 - 4pm to 8pm
jan 7 - 8am to 5pm
jan 8 - no sleep at all
jan9 - 1am to 6pm
jan 10 - no sleep yet and it's 6am already
my studies and daily activities are really affected.. is there anything that i can do to make my sleeping habits at least little bit normal?.. i'm planning to consult a doctor but i still don't have the time.. so i'm asking for other solutions for now.. thanks a lot!..

im in my second year of university and im experiencing similar problems. in the last month it has gotten worse as well. i got over the counter sleeping pills last week and they helped a little. but im going to go to the doctors soon because im exhausted all the time and i can't sleep. i know its difficult to find time to go to the doctor, so i suggest you try getting sleeping pills from the drug store. good luck!
Get some sleeping pills in CVS or Rite Aid store.
