What can happen to someone who has 93% alcohol content in their liver?!

That someone would be dead right now or in a coma.
Apparently someone is feeding this person alcohol or it wouldn't be there. Alcohol destroys the liver and the destruction will lead to death.
he could have liver cancer and die eventually.
