My hands and feet are usually cold and, lately, when I stand, I get dizzy?!
Question: The dizziness (upon standing) is pretty rare, but I'm concerned. Could these symptoms be a precursor for circulatory problems?

I don't eat great, but I rarely eat fast food (usually t.v. dinners, soup, sandwiches, easy meals).

Sounds like you have bad circulation that would cause you to have cold feet, hands, and even the tip of your nose. Feeling dizzy could also be bad circulation cause you to not have enough blood in the head so you feel lightheaded or dizzy. I would see a doctor if it is really bothering you, but I dont think you are in any danger if you dont. Maybe the doctor or searching on the net would help you find some exercises that would help with blood circulation.
Could be low blood pressure. You can take it at most pharmacies. I would check to see. That can cause you to be faint/dizzy as well as cold because of circulation issues. You could also be anemic and simply need more iron in your diet. If your pressure is low, you should probably see your doc.
