Does anyone else have a problem with sleeplessness regarding Nyquil, etc.?!
Question: I have friends that take Nyquil, tylenol pm, or a benadryl before bed if they want to go right to sleep, and since I have trouble sleeping sometimes, I would love to be able to do this occasionally. However, everytime I take this type of medicine that is supposed to cause drowsiness, it keeps me up all night! Does this happen to anyone else or does anyone know why this happens?

Those are not the medications to be taking. Get a prescription from your doctor for Lunesta or Ambien CR. The CR means that it not only puts you to sleep, but it keeps you asleep. These meds are not habit -forming, which is great!!
