Try eating pineapple. It has some properties in it that can help a cold.

Another thing to do is take Kyolic capsules. This is just a brand name for garlic capsules. They cost $10 at the pharmacy/health food store. If you have any garlic around the house, you can also boil it up in water and steaming your face with it.

Here is a good remedy, take a HOT HOT HOT shower, bundle up in sweats, socks and a stocking cap, drink a hot toddy, and get into bed, cover up and no matter how hot you get, SWEAT it out..... Do not throw off the covers.
