I need to grow three inches, How?!

Question: This depends on your age! Bone growth occurs in the epiphyseal plates of the bones http://www.mrs.umn.edu/~goochv/HAP/lectu... Between ages 17-25, these plates fuse into solid bones and you're through growing.

While you're growing, the epiphyseal plates contain cartilage that slowly expands and ossifies into bone, so your bones become longer. You cannot speed up this process, although you can slow it down with poor nutrition.

You may still be able to grow three inches. If you're not 25 yet, the best way to try to achieve this would be to exercise and eat properly.

Do you need to grow three inches ?
or
Do you want to grow three inches?
Either way, it'll be in your genes whether or not you're tall like a giant or short like a smurf :)

ware 50 pairs of socks!!! you will get taller!!!!

so, if you are a girl, were 3 inch high heels. but basicaly, it depends on your genes.

Wear high heals.

Females usually stop growing at 15 and often earlier and sometimes later.

Perhaps a search for "grow taller" + "natural ways" might be of interest.
