smoking after wisdom teeth extraction?!
Question: Smoking after wisdom teeth extraction?
Answers:
Like the person before me said, you could develop dry socket...PAINFUL! Smoking also slows healing. If you must smoke put a wet gauze on the extraction site and clean area immediately after smoking. I'm a smoker too...I've tried everything. Nothing is 100% risk free. Use your own discretion.
This is where you REALLY find out how ungodly poisonous cigarettes are. You can lengthen your healing time by MONTHS! So - don't do it.
Unless you want dry sockets...in which you probably don't because they hurt like hell:)
