Don't even worry about it! It doesn't hurt a bit when they take them off, there's just a little pull and tug! And no, you'll be able to eat right after, no pain! Congratulations on getting them off :D

okay, so, all they do is open up the brackets and take off the wire (like they've been doing for tightening the wire) then they clip off the brackets off of your perfectly straight teeth, next they shave your teeth at the bottom (don't worry it doesn't hurt) to make them perfectly a lined with the bottom teeth, then it's time for... your retainer mold!! later that day you'll get your retainer, now make sure to wear, because you don't want to wear braces again do you? remember the pain? and especially the spacer? So, always wear your retainer after that, Good Luck!!

I'm going to get by braces off in a day(24th) too, but i've watched a lot youtube videos on it so i already know what's going to happen! Watch the video, it'll explain everything to you:)

They really just take of all of the wires and brackets and scrape the glue off. Remember to keep your retainers on regularly or else they will get tight (pick them up in about a week after getting braces off)! Good luck and congrats! :)
