Does the Crest white strips 2 hour express really work?!

I have not seen the 2-hour process to work very well. The problem is NOT that the strips use hydrogen peroxide as the previous answer suggests. Mmost whiteners use some form of hydrogen peroxide. The problem is that whitening takes place because of two factors. First, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide. The stuff you buy in the store is 2 percent or 3 percent. But the best whiteners use 5 times as much. Second, the longer the product stays on, the more whitening you get. A 2 hour product is just not on long enough to make a lot of difference.

I think the 2 hour express would be fine for "touch up" after you have gotten the teeth to the shade you want. But don't expect to go from yellow to white in 2 hours at home.

Rip off. Look at the first ingredient. Hydro Peroxide. So wash your mouth out with that and you will have white teeth. And yes you can use hydro as a mouth wash. At about 3 bucks a bottle.
