Question: I have red and white spots and patches on the top of my mouth and tonsils and throat, please help?

i am 16 year old femal and about 3 days ago i started noticing that when i ate and drank i had a metalic taste in the back of my mouth, i looked in the mirror with a torch at the top of my mouth and it is covered in a white patch and red rash like spots or, my tonils have a few reddy orange spots or lumps on them and at the back left behind my tonsil i have a very white spot. Please help?

Sounds like tonsillitis to me...
Typical signs of this are when the tonsils are RED and inflamed and ooze WHITE PUs that makes them look marbled.

Tonsillitis can also cause you to have a variation in taste and metallic is a common one.

Antibiotics - penicillin based are the usual treatment with paracetamol and salt water gargles to ease any discomfort.

Strep, or an infecting, it could be Tonsil Stones. Go to a doctor definitely.

probably smoking dope, this can be very serious

sounds like infection. Amoxcilin should do trick, see doctor.
