Question: I started using Crest Whitening Strips and now I feel great pain in my teeth. How can I alleviate this?

I used in August for 4 days and the pain was unbearable so I gave up. I found the box again today and I figured I might as well finish it. I used one yesterday (after 6 months) and now my teeth are hurting a lot. Is there any way of diminishing the pain?

Is it constant pain, or just when you eat/drink cold stuff?
It sounds like its made your teeth extra sensitive. Try using a sensitive toothpaste like sensodine or something that should help.
Also make sure you are using a soft toothbrush and not brushing too hard as this will make the pain and staining worse.

retail whitening kits are not the best thing to use. they make your teeth white by actually stripping the enamel off of your teeth...
that may be a part of you problem

The best way to get white teeth is to talk to your dentist and get a flouride rinse

STOP USING THE DAMN BOX! apparently you have some kinf of reacting and your body doesnt cope with it

use toothpaste with fluoride
