Are you allowed to wear retainers during marine boot camp?!

Question: Are you allowed to wear retainers during marine boot camp?

I would assume not but I'm asking just to make sure. I just got my braces off and I have these plastic retainers, they aren't the metal wire ones. Idk why I got these instead. Anyway I leave for boot camp in a week and if I'm allowed to have them ill keep but if not the oh well Ill just wear em when I'm done with boot camp.

i was not allowed to do this in air force basic training. the risk of actually swallowing a retainer is high.
