Question: Please help my two front teeth are killing me?

So i started using crest 3d white strips today for 30 min then an hour later i felt pain and still am. I dont know if its my enamel but yeah it hurts on the bottom of my front teeth and every time i open my mouth it ******* hurts...holy **** please what do i do its like severe pain i never experienced anything like this before....OMG its hurts as i'm typing this...

the warning on the box mentions that there will be a bit of discomfort. a bit of sensitivity. but if the pain is really that bad then stop using them.
