The elastic bands on my braces have gone yellow!?!

Question: The elastic bands on my braces have gone yellow!?

I've had my braces for three months now and the elastic bands I have are now a yellow colour. Have I not been taking care of them? Or is it all the sweets etc I've been eating over Christmas? Possibly alcohol too?

Hope I don't get into trouble from my ortho!

have you been eating yellow paint?

It's a mix of everything you eat. It's bound to happen and you won't get in trouble, hopefully.
