The best whitening system after laser whitening is Crest White Strips.

Nothing is better than going to the dentist, would highly recommend that you consider a proffesional whitening and it is much healthier for your teeth as well. I have used Crest white strips in the past and they just made my teeth extremely sensitive.

Use a whitening toothpaste, which ever brand you prefer. This will help maintain whiteness, but wont really improve whiteness. Make sure you are using a soft toothbrush and brush at least twice a day and make sure you don't brush too hard as you can damage the enamel which will worsen the problem.
A lot of companies have great offers on their at home whitening kits, a good one I found was Idol White, it's also endorsed by the Kardashian girls and is a lot more affordable than expensive dentist whitening. You can also end up just paying for P&H and end up getting the product for free ;-)
