Loose permanent tooth HELP?!

Question: Loose permanent tooth HELP?
While playing basketball today I went up for a rebound I turned around and my fellow team-mate smacked his head into my mouth and my lip is all fudged up now. It was pretty hard and I just realized that my 2 front teeth (the one on my left) is a bit loose. How can I fix this? Should I worry? What can I do?

i don't realisticly see how i can actually help you

Well, if you feel like one of those teeth is lose, you should go to the dentist as soon as you can, he or she will have to take an X-ray to make sure that your tooth didn't get a fracture in the root (which could be a reason why your tooth feels lose). If there is a fracture in the root of your tooth, depending on which level it happened, you might need a root canal or maybe it would be necessary to pull out that tooth :( however, don't get scared yet, your tooth might just feel lose because you were hit really badly and that can be solved by giving you some sort of retainer or putting something on your tooth that will avoid that your tooth will keep moving or getting lose. Please make sure not to continue to move your tooth or use those teeth to eat (like when you bite an apple or something like that). I hope you will get well soon and i really hope i was able to help you a little bit. Good luck, God bless you!

i'm a dentist

Wow, your scewed. Haha.

No, I'm just kidding. Hah, I'm not an idiot. I understand the seriousness of what your saying. LOL. What you have to do, my friend, is see a dentist. My cousin, Adam was deciding to act like an idiot and starting running around when he crashed into a kid who was running full speed at him. The kid was a couple inches shorter than he was and the top of the kid forhead slammed right onto his four front and bottom teeth.

Keep in mind, everyone's teeth wiggle. Seriously. But in your case, you should seek medical help. Loose permanent teeth are already as scary as hell to begin with ( they honestly just freak you out, don't they? ) and the fact that, you really might have done some damage should be the driving force to get you to go see a dentist. Maybe it's serious, maybe it's not. The dentist will know what to do.

Have you told your parents about this yet? If not, tell them. If your older than 18, go and check it out yourself. Better safe than sorry and that REALLY applies here, because hey, we're not talking about a bad haircut or chest hair, it's your damn teeth. You can't loose them. Good luck, man.

How can I fix this?
