Sensodine makes a whitening toothpaste that's good and gentle on your teeth if you use it twice a day, but I personally like AquaFresh Whitening Trays. They work REALLY fast. Your teeth are incredibly whiter after just one week. They really are wonderful.

They DID make my teeth quite sensitive though, and I had to quit for about a week after only 4 or 5 days of it. You can't use them too often because they can be pretty harmful to your teeth after frequent repeated use. You can only use one every six months I think.

You wear them for 45 minutes at a time and then just take the tray off. It leaves some gunk on your teeth that you need to brush off with water afterwards. Oh, and they do have a pretty pricey tag: around $50 per box.

All in all, it's the best thing I've ever used. It works better than (or at least faster than) whitening toothpastes or home remedies.

that is fine. you can also try teeth whitening strips from crest and their tooth whitener tooth paste. you can also have the dentist professionally whiten your teeth.

You will be fine. Nothing bad will happen if you do that. It does help your teeth get whiter.
