My main question is - is it possible to get upper teeth straightened ONLY and just leave he bottom teeth the way they are.. you cannot see in the picture but they are a little crocked.. I just want my top teeth straight for appearance. I feel very self conscious about my teeth. My fiancee' calls me babs bunny as a joke .... I don't think its a joke ;(
I know only the doc can tell me the price but from what you see what do you think the price will be.

Price i can not help you with, each Dr. has there own fees. I can answer your question about only straightening only the upper teeth. You can not only straighten your uppers. Your upper and lower teeth fit together like a lock and key. If you only straighten the upper then your lower teeth will no longer fit together with your upper teeth. You bite will be off. You wont be able to close your teeth together. You will have an open bite. This may cause damage to any of your teeth while talking, chewing or biting because they will hit one another in correctly. You could chip crack or break a tooth, plus be just plain uncomfortable to not be able to close. You will probably drool on yourself as well LOL. Also your straightened upper teeth will move back into the crooked position because they will be forced to move back by the lower crooked teeth. Therefore you will waste all the money you have put into straightening your upper teeth. Hope this makes sense to you.
Im sorry Tammy but no he can not just straighten the uppers, this will cause many many dental problems. No dentist will only straighten just upper teeth because it will cause the articulation to be incorrect. I could only foresee this happening if it were a case were very little movement will occur and the bite will not be effected. His picture shows that this is not the case and he said his bottoms are crooked as well. Im sure he will appreciate the price quote. though.
For sure but why Invisalign has set prices so weather you do 1 or both arches the price will be the same.
my guess is you would need them for about 10 -12 months.
Here in Canada we charge a flat rate of $5500 for invisalign.
