Small white bumps on the tip of my tongue?!

Question: Small white bumps on the tip of my tongue?
Okay, I have 3 white bumps on the tip of my tongue, they are a little bit sore and slightly larger than usual taste buds. Can someone tell me what I have and how to take care of it?

Answers:

They are probably just inflammed taste buds. Rinse your mouth out with salt water.

May be a canker sore, they're common, they appear when you eat too spicey or acidic foods, simply just drink plenty of water and stay clear of high-acidic, salty, or spicey food for a few days, they should eventually clear up :)
