Bottom teeth shortened (Pushed downwards into gums)?!
Question: Bottom teeth shortened (Pushed downwards into gums)?
I had a seizure the other day and woke up with the molars on the bottom left side of my mouth pushed downwards into my gum.
They barely reach above my gums now.
Would these eventually sort themselves out and raise back up to their normal height? Or are they likely permanently altered?

Permanent molars have 3-4 roots, so It is very difficult for a permanent molar to be pushed down by clenching your teeth together unless it is a baby tooth. You should make appointment with the dentist to see if there is any broken root or broken tooth.

Have you had your wisdom teeth out? Or a molar removed on that side? Sometimes if there is space in your mouth your teeth want to push down and back to hit against another tooth and will move back and into your gums
