there are many causes of bad breath!.
1!. Oral cavity- tooth decay, poor oral hygiene, tooth abcess, periodontal diseases, etc!.
2!. Sinus infection- some sinuses drains to your mouth
3!. Lung infection-
4!. Throat infection/GIT- foods such as garlic, onions and the like can cause bad breath no matter how much you brush your teeth because the smell stays in your stomach or throat!.

Not flossing and not brushing the surfaces in your mouth other than your teeth (TONGUE, cheeks etc) also try mouthwash that doesn't contain alcohol like Scope!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
