That depends!. Spacers as in the clear little rubber band looking things that fit between your teeth for about a week!? Anything that isn't sticky (gum, caramel, etc!.) and don't floss that area!. If you're talking about the little contraption that holds a space while you're teeth are coming in!.!.!.avoid hard, sticky things!. Just be careful basically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
