Grinding teeth...mouth piece alternative?!
Question: Grinding teeth!.!.!.mouth piece alternative!?
Apparently, I grind my teeth in my sleep!. Ive chipped my front teeth!. The dentist today told me I need some sort of mouth piece specially made but cannot afford that!. Are there any alternatives!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are night guards you can buy at the store!. Check Rite Aid or Target!. More than likely these will be more affordable than one made by the dentist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I had same problem!. Mouth piece is called "night guard" and it may be less expensive that what will happen to your teeth without it!. Maybe you could try sports mouth piece that can be purchased at sporting goods stores or even Wal-Mart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They told my Daughter the same thing!. they wanted 800 dollars for it!. We went to Wal-mart and found a mouth guard thing for 20 dollars!.
