It depends on the office!. Usually group practices have some sort of benefit program, but most solo practices don't!. Usually dentists will give their employees a discount on dental work!. I work at a dental school and I have excellent benefits!!! It just depends on the practice!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am not a dental assistant, but I work with someone whose spouse is!. It depends on the company you are with!. Most offer comprehensive health, dental and vision along with dental discounts if performed in their offices!. Other offices have rules against treating employees!. It all depends where you work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
