Question: How to get White teeth!!?
I don't smoke or drink soda and I brush my teeth at least two times a day but my teeth are yellow! I've heard that whitening strips are bad for you so how can I get white teeth!?

yeah i have the same issue as you do; however, i started using crest whitening strips and granted they werent cheap but not really expensive (40 bucks ish) but in 7 days i could tell you that my teeth were at least 4 - 5 shades whiter then they were previously!. even though the strips are annoying to put on and keep on i would just listen to music or watch tv or even go on IM and before i knew it the time was up!.

Depends on your budget!.!.!.Ordinary tooth whitening paste can be purchased over the counter and cost less than $20!. If you want professional help, see a dentist!. They have several ranges for you as well!. The whitening gel (comes in 3 gradual steps) cost about $200-$300 but it takes several weeks to produce results!. The laser whitening cost more than that but has faster results!.

I've used the Crest Whitening Strips and found them to work beautifully!. I (and others) noticed results even sooner than the Crest paperwork said I would!. There is some irritation to the gums that can occur but I did not experience that at all!. There's a lot of information on the packaging that would probably address many of your concerns!. if u arent worried about the money u can go to the dentist and have them bleached!.!.!.!. i have heard that holding peroxide in your mouth for 10 minutes a day (like while u are in the shower) will whiten ur teeth never tried that one though!.!.!.!.!. some whitening strips arent bad for your teeth some are almost identical to what the dentist will use!. There is also a paste that u can put on ur teeth with a q- tip that whitens them in 5 minutes everyday! It works i have tried it out for prom!.!.!. its in the section of the store with other whiteners!.!.!.!.!. u can tell it has peroxide in it!. also some tanning beds sale teeth whitening agents that u use as u tan and they work also!.!.!. it all depends on how much money you are willing to spend and what u are willing to try!.!.!.!.good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Some people (like me) have naturally yellow-ish teeth anyway!. Its something to do with the amount of enamel on your teeth (I think)!.

Use a tooth whitening toothpaste twice daily like pearl drops or blanx!.
You should see an improvment after about 2 weeks
