Absolutely not!.!.!. It is a gimmic!. It has a small whitening component, but it will not produce results that most people are looking for when they seek whitening treatment!. Perhaps if you are already happy with the shade of your teeth, such a rinse may help to maintain it longer!. The only effective way to bleach is to have a 10-20% bleaching gel in close contact with your enamel for 30-60 minutes at a time!. All other methods including whitening toothpastes are inferior!. If you want noticeable results, you may want to invest in whitening strips or another similar product!. I've never noticed any real progress from toothpaste or mouthwash!. The contact time is too short to really make a difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
