Is there a median (like between $50 and $200 bucks or $8!.99 to $511!.32!?) sort of like a paperback book ($12 to $22 bucks) or a cup of coffee ($1 to $8 bucks)!.

Usually around $150-200!. It can be costly!. I personally pay around $50 each!.
