Question: Can anybody explain to me about orthodontic retainers!.!.!?

i got my traintrack braces of a few months ago!. around may i think!.
i got a clear retainer that i have to wear all the time except from when eating or swimming for 3 months,
but then i only have to wear them at night!.
they dont hurt despite what people say!
at first they are a bit tight but you get used to it and nowi dont even feel mine!!
but they are really fun to play around with, which has ended up with me breaking mine over 5 times costing me a bundle lol!. hope that helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well!.!.!.!. braces painfully pull you teeth straight and this takes about 2-6 years depending!. when they are taken off if you dont wear a retainer for a while, lip pressure will just push your teeth back to the way they were!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
