& They're Comming Out On The 7th Of July
& Im Quite Worried To Be Honnest As To If Its Sore Ect

How They Are Removed
If Its Sore
How Long It Takes
Does It Leave Square Marks On Your Teeth
Does The Dentist Polish Your Teeth Afterwards
What Can I Eat & Not Eat Just After They're Out

they will put something in your mouth so it will stay open and they will cut the wire to take them out and then they will pop the brackets off!. it can be a little sore!. it depends on how long it will take when i got mine off it only took about an hour and a half to two hours!. it dosnt make marks on your teeth!. the cements on there so the denist will polish your teeth to get all the cement off!. you can pretty much eat anything but it does feel weird after you get them off!. It will feel weird for a couple of hours!. it feels like your teeth are bigger then normal!. All you really have to do for after care is just brush them regular like you would normally do and make sure that your wear your retainer!. Yes the retainer will hurt at first and will be a pain but you will appreciate it in the long run!. I had braces a month short of 4 years!. i`ve had them off almost 5 years and there starting to move back cause i havent been wearing my retainer so wear the reatiner like your denist tells you to!. hope this helps you out!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
Dont be scared the worst of it is over!! They take the wire out of the brackets, then they just pull the brackets off (theyre only held on by a temp glue) this doesnt hurt at alll!. They dont leave square marks, i smoked while i had mine on and still didnt get marks!. No he doesnt polish your teeth after but if your lucky \he'll try and scrape most of the excess glue off!. You can eat anything you want after they are off and for after care brush floss and WEAR YOUR RETAINER!. good luck, and congrats u should be stoked!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

4- Some stains may be visible after removal due to improper oral hygiene during the treatment, it can be polished so easily
5- You can eat whatever u like (bon appetite)
