I went to the dentist today, and they told me that I have two small cavities!.
Are there any other ways to take care of it other than getting it filled!?

it depends on where your cavities are!. in any case, they will probably grow bigger if you don't get it taken care of!. if you don't get them filled, you might end up having to get a root canal or an extraction!. that depends on your financial situation!. brush AND floss so you don't get anymore!.
what is happening to your teeth is that bacteria are taking the sugar you eat and making acid!. that acid is what is destroying the teeth!. it's basically a disease, something that many people don't realize!.
if your cavities are on the chewing surface of your mouth and are inside the pits and fissures, it's very hard to brush!. but keep brushing away!.
chewing trident with xylitol and rinsing w/listerine might be able to help you out in preventing more cavities!.

You could just get the teeth pulled !.!.!. but I would recommend the fillings!. They're not bad at all, I've had three!. Until then just brush your teeth making sure that you clean them well or you'll get more or the cavity could spread!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
