ok so i hear that putting baking soda in toothpaste works!.!.!.but i hered that it also weaking the enamals!.!.!.but what if i use enamel strenghening toothpaste and baking soda!?!?!?do you think that will work!?

If I were you i would just use Crest White Strips Classics!. That's what i did and my teeth were noticably whiter after just 5 days and it's a 14 day pack!. They're very inexpensive and work amazingly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
no it does not weaken enamel, back in the day that was the protocol to keep teeth clean and gums healthy, so you can use it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well they make toothpaste with baking soda already in it- which means its probably a healthy amount that shouldnt weaken your enamel very much!. but if youre still worried, use one of those rinses that is supposed to strenghten your enamelWww@Answer-Health@Com
